Job summary

Wright Staff Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Powder Coater / Sprayer for a permanent role in Redditch. The role combines powder coating and wet spraying, requiring hands-on experience and the ability to work to production deadlines.

You will work Monday to Thursday 9am–6pm and Friday 6am–11am, with independence on trained tasks and close cooperation with your supervisor and the production team. Company pension and on-site parking are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in powder coating and wet spraying.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned work.
• Good understanding of quality standards in a finishing environment.
• Experience with masking components desirable.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to meet production deadlines.
