Job summary

Allied Vehicles Ltd in Scotland is recruiting a Powder Coater to join our Production team. You will apply powder coat material to specification and locations as per engineering drawings, ensuring the highest quality standards for Allied production requirements.

Hours are Monday to Wednesday 7am–6pm and Thursday 7am–5:30pm, with a salary of £13.66 per hour plus bonus. We offer generous benefits, annual leave, health support, and opportunities for personal development.

Qualifications

• Understanding of powder coat methods and application techniques.
• Previous experience of operating powder coat equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Strict attention to detail to replicate engineering drawings.

• Adhere to job cards and complete all work in accordance with information provided, paying attention to the order of work and the time allowed.

At Allied Vehicles we design, develop, and manufacture a wide range of specialist vehicles, including wheelchair accessible vehicles, taxis, and minibuses.

We are now recruiting for a Powder Coater to join our Production department.

You will apply powder coat material to specification and locations as per engineering drawings, always ensuring to highest quality standard for Allied production requirements.

To be effective in this role, you will have:

Previous experience of general mechanical assembly taskswould be advantageous but is not essential.
