Job summary

Wright Staff Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Powder Coater / Sprayer for a permanent role in Redditch. The role combines powder coating and wet spraying, requiring hands-on experience and the ability to work to production deadlines.

You will work Monday to Thursday 9am–6pm and Friday 6am–11am, with independence on trained tasks and close cooperation with your supervisor and the production team. Company pension and on-site parking are provided.

Job description

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Powder Coater / Wet Sprayer.

This is a combined role, and we are specifically seeking one individual with proven experience in both powder coating and wet spraying.

The successful candidate will be expected to work independently once trained, as this project will largely be their responsibility, while still cooperating closely with their supervisor and wider production team.

This is a permanent role with a stable company & is a great opportunity for a skilled powder coater/sprayer to step up & take ownership of a new section.
