Job summary

Noble Foods Ltd. is seeking a Farm Operative to support daily egg-laying production and flock health across our poultry facilities in Lincoln. You will help with egg collection, welfare monitoring and routine maintenance, while following strict biosecurity and hygiene practices.

Ideal candidates are comfortable on their feet in farm environments, work well in teams and communicate clearly with Farm Managers to help meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential for daily flock care and data recording.
• Ability to work on your feet in a poultry farm environment.
• Collaborative team player with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Care for layer hens and monitor bird health and welfare.
• Assist with daily egg collection, grading and recording production figures.
• Maintain lighting, ventilation and temp in poultry houses.
• Follow biosecurity and cleanliness procedures to protect stock.
• Record egg numbers, floor eggs and mortality data daily.
• Perform basic equipment checks and site maintenance as directed.
