Job summary

Noble Foods, home of the Happy Egg Co., seeks an Assistant Farm Manager to support pullet rearing operations and uphold high bird health, welfare and biosecurity standards. You will work with the Farm Manager to ensure efficient workflows and accurate record‑keeping on a busy poultry site.

This role focuses on daily operations, production planning, and staff guidance, contributing to consistent rearing performance and timely pullet transfers to the laying unit.

Qualifications

• Experience in poultry rearing and flock health.
• Ability to monitor performance indicators.
• Willingness to work across farm operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Farm Manager in pullet rearing, brooding, growing and pre‑lay phases.
• Monitor bird health, behaviour, uniformity and performance indicators.
• Maintain biosecurity, hygiene, records and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with feed ordering, litter management and environmental controls.
• Provide day‑to‑day guidance to farm staff and support audits.
