Job summary

Noble Foods Limited, UK, is seeking a hands-on Farm Manager (Laying) to run the day-to-day operations of a modern egg-laying farm. You will lead welfare, production and safety, and drive continuous improvement across flock health, KPIs and biosecurity.

You will develop and coach your farm team, optimise feed, equipment and resources, and ensure high standards of animal welfare and performance. This role anchors Noble Foods' egg business.

Qualifications

• Experience managing poultry farms or similar livestock operations.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.

• Ability to monitor KPIs and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Managing flock health, welfare and productivity
• Monitoring egg production, feed consumption, mortality and KPIs
• Maintaining biosecurity, hygiene and disease prevention standards
• Leading and developing the farm team
• Managing feed, equipment and farm resources efficiently
• Overseeing facilities and maintenance to minimise downtime
• Maintaining records and using data to drive improvements
