- Managing flock health, welfare and productivity.
- Monitoring egg production, feed consumption, mortality and KPIs.
- Maintaining biosecurity, hygiene and disease prevention standards.
- Leading and developing the farm team.
- Managing feed, equipment and resources efficiently.
- Coordinating maintenance to minimise downtime.
- Maintaining accurate records and using data to drive improvement.
