Noble Foods, home of the Happy Egg Co., is seeking a Farm Operative to support daily poultry farm operations, ensure high welfare standards, and help achieve production targets. You will be working on site, handling routines around the bird houses, collecting eggs and maintaining equipment.

The role emphasizes biosecurity, hygiene, and accurate reporting. The shift pattern is 48 hours, with hourly pay of £12.78, and a range of on‑site benefits and team support offered by Noble Foods.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with precise daily record keeping.
