You will champion bird welfare, health, and continuous improvement, with strong communication to report on results and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Managing flock health, welfare and productivity
• Monitoring egg production, feed consumption, mortality and KPIs

• Managing feed, equipment and farm resources efficiently
• Overseeing facilities and coordinating maintenance to minimise downtime
• Maintaining accurate records and using data to drive continuous improvement
