Noble Foods is seeking an Assistant Farm Manager to support the Farm Manager in day-to-day operations of our egg-laying poultry farm. You will help with flock management, staff coordination, and monitoring performance to ensure high welfare and production standards.

This role focuses on teamwork, health and safety, and accurate record-keeping using farm management software. You will train staff, assist with planning, and contribute to achieving production targets in a compliant, welfare‑focused

Qualifications

• Effective team coordination and support for daily farm operations.
• Strong observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of modern layer farm systems and equipment.
• Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and support smooth farm operations.
• Understanding of animal welfare, biosecurity, and compliance standards.
• Basic IT literacy, including the ability to use farm management software and digital reporting tools.
