Job description

We are seeking enthusiastic and academically accomplished Postgraduate Fellows who are enrolled postgraduate students at The University of Oxford to join our School community.

The position offers an excellent opportunity to gain teaching experience in a secondary school and boarding school environment with the opportunity to inspire and work closely with some of our most talented pupils. Postgraduate Fellows will bring depth and energy to classroom and co-curricular life, supporting pupils through one-to-one tutorials, Oxbridge preparation, and enrichment activities. They will also contribute to the department's teaching and the School's wider "Stretch and Extend" programme.

At present, we are not seeking applicants from Fellows in Biology, Psychology, Physics, Classics/Egyptology, English, Philosophy or Economics, as these disciplines are fully represented amongst our current Postgraduate Fellows.

This is a casual, term-time only role. The hours offered will be flexible and will be agreed in advance with the School to support the facilitation of enrichment within our academic departments.

The closing date for applications is 9am on Monday 12th October 2026.
