Job summary
The Rosalind Franklin Institute invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher in Quantitative Cell Biology/Biochemistry. You will lead a project on quantitative imaging of epithelial cell interfaces, developing novel imaging tools and workflows for analyzing advanced microscopy data (STED, FLIM, FRET, FCS) while advancing independent scientific leadership.

- PhD required in cell biology/biophysics/biochemistry.
- Experience with quantitative microscopy analysis and data interpretation.
- Strong organisational and communication skills; leadership potential.
Responsibilities
- Lead a research project on quantitative cell biology of epithelial interfaces.
- Develop tools to visualise biomolecules in cells using super-resolution imaging.
- Analyse complex imaging data from STED, CryoET, and related techniques.
- Publish research outputs and contribute to grant writing.
- Supervise students/visitors and develop team capabilities.
