Job summary
The Rosalind Franklin Institute in Didcot is seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher in Quantitative Cell Biology/Biochemistry to lead a project on advanced imaging of epithelial cell interfaces. You will develop tools for quantitative imaging, work with super-resolution modalities and contribute to bioimaging analysis workflows.

Qualifications
- PhD in cell biology, biophysics or biochemistry required.
- Experience in advanced quantitative microscopy analysis is essential.
- Strong organisational and communication skills are expected.
- Ability to lead publications and contribute to grant writing, and collaborate with lab members.
Responsibilities
- Lead a research project focused on developing tools for quantitative imaging of epithelial cell biology and biophysics.
- Develop novel workflows for bioimaging analysis of super-resolution data.
- Plan and conduct experiments, analyse results, and deliver outputs (papers, patents).
- Mentor students or visitors and contribute to team research efforts.
- Contribute to knowledge advancement through collaboration and external presentations.
