A leading university in the UK is seeking 3 Post-Doctoral Research Fellows in data science/molecular epidemiology. Responsibilities

• Carry out GWAS analyses to identify mQTLs that are unique/shared between blood and saliva.
• Develop large-scale epigenetic clocks and DNAm signatures based on saliva biosamples.
• Integrate DNAm datasets with longitudinal eHealth records.

Skills

Ability to manipulate/analyse large datasets efficiently

Strong statistical analysis skills

Understanding of genetic/epigenetic epidemiology

Education
