Job summary

Blue Arrow is recruiting Postal Delivery Drivers for Oban (PA34). You will start at the local delivery office, sort mail for your route, and then drive a van to deliver letters and parcels to homes and businesses.

A handheld device will help you stay on schedule as you provide friendly service in all weather. Requirements include a full UK manual driving licence (max 6 penalty points), at least 6 months in possession, and a dependable, self-driven attitude.

Blue Arrow are actively seeking Postal Delivery Drivers to join a successful delivery office team in Oban (PA34). As a Postal Worker, you will be a vital part of the community, delivering letters and parcels, while being the friendly face that people look forward to seeing.

About the role

Our client is the leading provider of mail and parcel services across the UK. They are committed to delivering exceptional service and standards for the customers to ensure that they receive important correspondence and parcels come rain or shine. You'll drive round your delivery area, completing some part of the route on foot, ensuring that everything reaches it's destination safely.

Key information

• Pay rate: £13.69 p/h
• Hours: Full time - 08:30-16:00
• Days: 5 days from 6, Mon-Sat
• Contract: Temp with potential opportunity to go Perm
