Job summary

Blue Arrow are actively seeking Postal Delivery Drivers to join a delivery office team in Lanark (ML11). As a Postal Worker, you will be a vital part of the community, delivering letters and parcels, while being the friendly face that people look forward to seeing.

This temp role offers a full-time schedule 10:30-16:30, five days from Monday to Saturday, with potential opportunity to go permanent. You will use a handheld device to track deliveries and work outdoors in all weather, with weekly

Qualifications

• A full UK manual driving licence (max 6 penalty points).
• Licence held for minimum of 6 months.
• A dependable, self-driven attitude.
• Comfort working solo and outdoors in all weather.
• A team spirit and a love for helping others.
• Basic DBS/PVG check (Criminal Record Check - Blue Arrow will cover this).

Responsibilities

• Begin at the local delivery office, sorting mail for your route.
• Hit the road in a van, delivering letters and parcels to homes and businesses.
• Use a handheld device to track deliveries and stay on schedule.
• Provide top-notch service come rain or shine, with a smile.
