Job summary

Pertemps is recruiting Multi-Drop Postal/Parcel Delivery Drivers to join the Royal Mail team in Wembley Highs. This role involves delivering letters and parcels by foot and vehicle, starting at 08:30 and finishing around 14:30, with a 30-hour week and weekend availability.

You will use a handheld device for route navigation and signature captures, lift mailbags up to 16kg and parcels up to 20kg, and work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points; clean preferred).
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Excellent time management and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Load & Go: start your day sorting and loading your vehicle.
• On the Move: deliver letters and parcels by foot and vehicle.
• Tech-Savvy Delivery: use a handheld device for navigation and signatures.

Job Title: Postal Delivery Driver

Pay Rate: £13.69 per hour

Hours: 30 hours a week

Schedule: Monday to Friday (with weekend availability required)

Shifts: 08:30am - 14:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Load & Go: Start your day at the local delivery office sorting and loading your vehicle.
• On the Move: Deliver letters and parcels by foot and vehicle, walking up to 8 miles a day.
• Tech-Savvy Delivery: Use a handheld device for route navigation and signature captures.
• Hands-On Work: Lift and carry mailbags (up to 16kg) and parcels (up to 20kg), using delivery trolleys when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• A full UK manual driving licence (maximum of 6 points; clean preferred).
• Comfortable working outdoors through rain, shine, or snow.
• Excellent time management and customer service skills.
• Previous Driving/ Delivering experience would great (but isn’t essential!)
