Job summary

Blue Arrow is hiring a Postal Delivery Driver in Perth (PH2) to join a busy delivery office team. You will deliver letters and parcels, starting from the local office, and may cover parts of routes on foot. A handheld device will be used to track progress and stay on schedule.

The role is full-time, temp with potential to go permanent, with shifts from 10:00 to 18:00, five days out of six. A full UK manual driving licence and reliability are essential, with DBS/PVG check provided by Blue Arrow.

Qualifications

• A full UK manual driving licence (max 6 penalty points).
• Licence held for minimum of 6 months.
• Dependable, self-driven attitude.
• Comfort working solo and outdoors in all weather.
• Team spirit and a helpful, friendly approach.
• Basic DBS/PVG check covered by Blue Arrow.

Blue Arrow are actively seeking Postal Delivery Drivers to join a successful delivery office team in Perth (PH2). As a Postal Worker, you will be a vital part of the community, delivering letters and parcels, while being the friendly face that people look forward to seeing.

About the role

Our client is the leading provider of mail and parcel services across the UK. They are committed to delivering exceptional service and standards for the customers to ensure that they receive important correspondence and parcels come rain or shine. You'll drive round your delivery area, completing some part of the route on foot, ensuring that everything reaches it's destination safely.

Key information

• Pay rate: £13.69 p/h
• Hours: Full time - 10:00-18:00
• Days: 5 days from 6
• Contract: Temp with potential to go Perm
