Job summary

WinsAbove is hiring a Delivery Solutions Architect to enhance customer success with the Databricks platform in Greater London. You will collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate the adoption of data solutions in complex environments.

The role requires strong technical leadership, program delivery experience, and the ability to manage critical customer relationships. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive execution plans and driving onboard processes across multiple use cases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical project delivery within Data and AI.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting role.
• Can travel up to 30% when needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Solutions Architects for prioritised customer use case demand.
• Lead post-technical win strategy for strategic accounts.
• Act as first contact for technical issues in production.

Skills

Programming experience in Python or Spark

Technical project/program delivery

Customer-facing experience

Understanding of distributed data systems

Stakeholder management

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering
