Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking an on‑site technical operations specialist to maintain and troubleshoot production hardware and software. You will calibrate broadcast monitors, cinema projectors and audio systems, install and configure cutting rooms, and provide support for staff and clients across production sessions.

You will work with operations and management to minimise disruption, cover screening theatres when needed, and contribute to onsite safety through Fire Wardens participation.

Qualifications

• Operational support experience with Linux-based FilmLight Baselight and Autodesk Flame systems.
• Strong understanding of digital cinema equipment, industry standards and post-production workflows.
• Familiarity with video and audio standards and post-production infrastructure.
• Proven ability to calibrate picture monitors and projectors and support cinema environments.
• Solid IT skills including workstation configuration and networking.
• Experience with shared media storage platforms such as Avid Nexis, StorNext and GPFS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update and troubleshoot production hardware and software for reliable operation.
• Uphold high technical, operational and security standards across the facility.
• Support calibration of broadcast monitors, cinema projectors and audio systems.
• Provide installation, configuration and technical assistance for cutting rooms and client systems.
• Provide technical support for staff, clients and production sessions.
• Work with operations and management teams to minimise disruption and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Cover in screening theatres when the projectionist is unavailable.
• Assist in safety as part of the Fire Wardens team on site.
