Job summary

Box is seeking an AV Technician to join the Technical team at Warwick Arts Centre. You will ingest content, create playlists for three cinemas and support the wider AV needs across events, while maintaining high standards of technical presentation.

The role focuses on live cinema projection, digital technologies, audiovisual and simple sound operations, with a strong emphasis on health and safety and evening/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade A–C.
• Professional experience in sound in a technical theatre environment.
• Experience delivering Projection/Sound/AV in live theatre or cinema.

Responsibilities

• Ingest content, adverts and create playlists for Warwick Arts Centre’s cinemas.
• Support delivery of AV requirements across events and venues.
• Uphold high standards of technical presentation with attention to health and safety.
