Job summary

Warwick Arts Centre is seeking a motivated Cinema Projection & AV Technician to join its Technical team based in Warwick. You will ingest content, adverts and create playlists for three digital cinemas and support AV requirements across events, while maintaining safety standards.

The role demands collaboration with the Senior Projection & AV Technician, a proactive approach, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at A-C is required.
• Experience delivering Projection, Sound and AV in live theatre or cinema.
• Ability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience supervising casuals or visiting staff is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ingest content, adverts and create playlists for Warwick Arts Centre’s three digital cinemas.
• Support the delivery of all technical aspects of the live program, cinema screenings and events.
• Collaborate with the Senior Projection & AV Technician and the wider Technical team to meet AV needs.
• Uphold high standards of technical presentation with attention to health and safety.
• Be flexible with hours, including evenings and weekends.
