This role requires previous retail/financial/postal management experience, a solid grasp of regulatory requirements, and the ability to drive KPIs and staff development within a community-focused service.

• Strong understanding of compliance, security and regulatory requirements in a regulated service.
• Experience leading teams to meet KPIs, service goals, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service across post office counters.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Manage financial accountability and daily cash handling.
• Collaborate with Cluster Manager to implement the Trading Plan and improve performance.
