Role Overview

Binance is seeking a Post Listing Research and Account Manager to join our Binance Research team. This role will involve incident handling, research, risk management, and operational tasks related to the tokens listed on Binance. If you have a keen analytical mind, solid crypto knowledge, and the ability to evaluate risks, this is the perfect opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

Incident Handling

• Support projects during major incidents (e.g., security breaches, exchange collapses).
• Identify root causes and assess the impact of incidents on Binance and related projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external projects to minimize the incident's impact.

Research and Risk Management

• Conduct reviews on the performance of listed tokens.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative metrics, such as product adoption, on-chain metrics, project development, and community sentiments.
• Identify risks associated with tokens and recommend measures to mitigate them.
• Evaluate requests from listed projects (e.g., rebrand, mainnet integration, swaps).
• Write concise reports on risks, requests, and incidents.
• Drive initiatives to improve risk detection and mitigation.

Operations

• Onboard new listings, including gathering key information and preparing tokens for trading.
• Liaise with all parties to facilitate operational requests (e.g., airdrops, cross-chain swaps, etc.).
• Optimize processes and SOPs related to token listings and operations.

Requirements

• 5-9 years of proven success in research or consulting (crypto experience preferred).
• Strong critical thinking abilities with an aptitude for identifying root causes.
• Highly analytical and structured with the ability to manage complex tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of crypto and blockchain technology.
• Driven, self-starter with the ability to assess risks and rewards in decision-making.
