Canonical is looking for a marketing manager responsible for developing long-term marketing strategies and executing campaigns for the Americas region across various products and industries to support our growth. This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary, and dynamic role within the Demand Generation Team, requiring close collaboration with regional Sales, Partner & Alliances, Product, and other Marketing teams.

The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and its marketing applications. They thrive in environments emphasizing ownership, collaboration, learning, curiosity, and continuous improvement. They enjoy problem-solving, experimentation, measurement, and leveraging automation to streamline processes.

Location: This role is remote within the EMEA region.

What your day will look like

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for specific industries within the Americas
  • Set and monitor KPIs for lead generation, demand creation, and brand awareness campaigns
  • Create organic and paid campaigns, including messaging and visual assets for emails, social media, and ads, aligned with Canonical’s branding
  • Manage webinars and regional offline events from planning to execution, including pre- and post-event strategies and streaming setup
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to engage and communicate with audiences
  • Manage regional budget planning and adjustments
  • Work closely with sales teams to incorporate their insights into marketing strategies

What we are looking for in you

  • Experience in B2B marketing for enterprise IT products; SaaS experience is a plus
  • Experience with the Americas market, including the US, Canada, and Latin America
  • Strong academic background with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or STEM fields
  • Hands-on approach with a focus on testing and scaling effective marketing strategies
  • Growth mindset with enthusiasm for challenges and a proactive attitude
  • Openness to diverse views and team collaboration
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining quality
