Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to engage, motivate and support young people aged 16–25.
• Experience with safeguarding and multi-disciplinary teamwork is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, professional relationships with young people and families.
• Provide one-to-one and group support tailored to individual needs.
• Support access to education, training, apprenticeships, employment and volunteering.
• Develop independent living skills including budgeting, cooking, travel training and appointments.
• Assist with goal setting, action planning and personal development.
• Promote emotional wellbeing, resilience and self-confidence.
