Job summary

Ngccare is seeking a dedicated Post-16 Support Worker in Reading to help young people aged 16 and over access education, training, and employment opportunities. You will build relationships with learners and their families, providing tailored one-to-one and group support to foster independence and personal growth.

The role focuses on safeguarding, accurate record-keeping, and collaboration with colleges, employers, and social care professionals to enable successful transitions into adulthood.

Responsibilities
