Job summary

Witherslack Group is seeking a PBS Lead to guide staff in delivering Positive Behaviour Support for children with complex needs. You will work on developing and delivering person-centred PBS plans, collaborating with families to tailor support and improve quality of life.

You will lead training, model best practices, and support teams to implement individualised plans across our schools, ensuring high standards of care and education in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience supporting individuals with Special Educational Needs
• Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches
• Understanding of individual behaviour support plans and risk assessments

Responsibilities

• Develop, organise and deliver high-quality PBS approaches for children
• Co-produce plans with children and families to identify needs
• Provide PBS training and coaching to staff to implement plans
