Witherslack Group is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Lead in Chigwell, United Kingdom, full-time role with a salary of £40,400 - £44,229 and excellent benefits. Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience supporting individuals with Special Educational Needs (SEND).
• In-depth knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
• Understanding of behaviour support plans, young person risk assessments and targeted support.
• Experience identifying and delivering training needs for staff.
• Extensive experience working in partnership with young people and their families.
• Ability to support others to understand behaviours and implement proactive strategies.
• Honesty and empathy as core values in care.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organise and deliver high-quality Positive Behaviour Support approaches.
• Co-produce with children and their families to identify support needs and develop individualised plans.
• Lead staff training on person-centred PBS and model best practice.
• Coach teams to implement effective plans and monitor progress.
