Job summary

Witherslack Group is seeking a PBS Lead to support staff in creating capable environments where young people can thrive. You will lead the development, organisation, and delivery of PBS approaches, co-producing with families to tailor individualised plans and coaching teams to embed best practice.

You will work in a senior role focusing on staff development, training delivery, and ensuring high-quality, person-centred PBS across settings.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years’ experience supporting individuals with Special Educational Needs.
• Strong knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
• Understanding of individual behaviour support plans and risk assessments.
• Experience identifying training needs and delivering training.
• Experience partnering with young people and families to identify needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organise, and deliver high-quality PBS training.
• Co-produce with children and families to identify support needs and plans.
• Lead staff teams to implement person-centred PBS and individualised plans.
• Coach and role-model good practice across teams.
