GXO Logistics in Northampton is seeking an HR Advisor to partner with operational leaders, delivering a proactive HR service across warehousing and transport operations. Based on-site, you'll support employee relations, performance, and people initiatives while building strong stakeholder relationships.
The role is full-time (37.5 hours), Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00, with a competitive salary up to £35,000 and a benefits package including pension and life assurance.

Join us as our HR Advisor and you'll be a key partner to operational leaders across our Northampton site(Pineham), delivering a proactive and hands-on HR Service across warehouse and transport operations. You'll play a pivotal role in driving engagement, shaping culture, and supporting both people and performance.
This is a full-time, permanent position with 37.5 hours per week contracted. Based on-site Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00.
