Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Northampton is seeking a data-driven HR professional to maintain and develop HR data and structures across multiple systems. You will support large projects, build position structures and ensure data accuracy, delivering insights to operational teams.

This hybrid role offers a balance between office and home, within a collaborative People Services team focused on data quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience using HR systems (Oracle Fusion and/or SuccessFactors).
• Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.

From supporting large-scale projects and building position structures to ensuring data integrity and delivering critical insights to operational teams, you’ll be at the heart of keeping our people data accurate, efficient, and future-ready.

Based at our Northampton Head Office, this hybrid role offers the best of both worlds, with the flexibility to split your time between the office and home while working as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £26,000 per annum. In addition, we offer and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Manage the creation, maintenance and amendment of position structures across multiple HR systems, including Oracle Fusion and SuccessFactors
• Support large-scale projects by coordinating mass position creation activities and maintaining associated position databases
• Conduct regular data integrity checks, audits and cleansing activities to ensure the accuracy and compliance of position data
• Partner with HR and operational teams to provide guidance, training and support on position management best practice
• Collaborate across the HRIS and People Services functions to deliver accurate reporting, continuous improvement and exceptional service

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Experience working with HR systems, ideally SuccessFactors and/or Oracle Fusion, with strong Excel skills
• Customer-focused professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised, able to prioritise workloads, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and accurate, with a strong focus on data quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborative, adaptable and forward-thinking, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively as part of a team
