Job summary

Ocean Park Corporation is seeking a System Analyst to lead vendor coordination and drive the delivery of Retail and F&B POS system projects. You will translate business needs into technical briefs for vendors and oversee deployments, testing, and audits.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, strong SQL/data skills, and fluency in English and Cantonese. Suitable for a Senior System Analyst with more experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 3–5 years as System Analyst with successful system delivery in Retail, F&B or Hospitality.
• Experience supporting, configuring, and deploying Retail and F&B POS systems.
• Experience monitoring/troubleshooting interfaces (APIs, ETL, Web Services).
• Strong ability to work with multiple stakeholders and document requirements.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese.
• More experience may be considered for Senior System Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Vendor management: act as the primary technical contact for external vendors and SIs.
• System execution & implementation: drive system development, configuration and deployment tasks.
• Interface monitoring & troubleshooting: monitor data flows between POS and ERP/CRM/Ticketing; resolve bottlenecks.
• System ownership & support: serve as the internal technical expert for Retail POS and F&B POS platforms.
• Governance & monthly reviews: lead system review meetings to track SLA and delivery timelines.
• User administration & audit compliance: manage access and prepare documentation for audits.
• Testing & SDLC lifecycle: lead UAT, formulate test cases, oversee deployment cycles.
