Job summary

Trust Payments in Bournemouth, United Kingdom is seeking a mid-level Business Analyst with Retail exposure to join our Trust Retail team. You will translate complex requirements into clear user stories for onshore and offshore teams and act as SME across our Retail product suite.

You'll work with development, product management and clients to gather, define and document requirements, manage the product backlog, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and produce process diagrams, wireframes and training

Qualifications

3+ years' experience as BA or PO in software/tech environments.
Experience delivering within Agile/Scrum teams.
Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Experience working with offshore/nearshore development teams.
Experience in retail technology.
Exposure to pre-sales or client-facing consultancy.

Responsibilities

Gather, define, and document business and technical requirements across BAU, projects, and change requests.
Write well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams to action.
Manage and prioritise the product backlog with product management and stakeholders.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Document As-Is and To-Be processes, producing wireframes and workflow diagrams as needed.
Liaise with third-party vendors and integration partners on technical requirements.
Support UAT and OAT, tracking defects to resolution.
Create and maintain product documentation, process guides, and training materials.
Support pre-sales activity as the Retail product SME.
