Job summary

The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) seeks a Portfolio Strategy Director for Lifelong Learning to drive the division’s strategy, quality and growth. You will lead programme portfolio strategy, learning design standards and quality assurance, aligning with LSE's 2030 strategy.

You will oversee end-to-end programme development, work with faculty and the Director of Commercial & Growth to ensure programmes are rigorous, market-driven and impactful, with strong client

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience in executive education, lifelong learning or higher education.
Postgraduate qualification or equivalent professional experience.
In-depth knowledge of the global executive education market and credentialing trends.
Track record of growing portfolios with measurable participant impact.

Responsibilities

Lead portfolio strategy and learning design standards for the Lifelong Learning division.
Oversee end-to-end programme management to ensure quality, timeliness and budget adherence.
Represent the division in rankings and quality frameworks.
Engage with senior faculty and external stakeholders on design, impact measurement and improvement.
