Job summary

Imperial College London seeks a transformational leader to become Head of Learner Lifecycle Transformation, driving systems, policies and operating models that scale Lifelong Learning across the university.

You will coordinate across Registry, ICT, Academic Services and Lifelong Learning, shaping roadmaps and governance to embed Lifelong Learning into Imperial's infrastructure. A one-year fixed-term, full-time post with extension opportunities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a cross-functional role within an academic service or with data, systems and processes in a higher education institution.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-institutional projects from inception through to delivery and transition to business-as-usual.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery and secure agreement from institutional owners across Registry, ICT, Academic Services, and Lifelong Learning.
• Lead strategic design, service design, and governance frameworks for Lifelong Learning.
• Oversee data architecture mapping, governance, and automation of processes to scale learner-centered services.
