Job summary

University of the Arts London is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead an exciting new discipline within Digital & Technology, driving product strategy, roadmaps, and governance across a diverse portfolio of services in Teaching & Learning.

You will help evolve services to be more accessible, inclusive and data-led, while growing the internal product community and embedding best practices in product management.

Qualifications

• Experience developing digital products for varied audiences and defining roadmaps.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management in large, complex environments.
• Experience embedding supplier products within ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing enhancement and maturity of a broad portfolio of products and services.
• Grow the community of product management at UAL and embed product standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to deliver digital products and services.
• Transform delivery approaches from project-based to product-led development.
