Job summary

OneAdvanced is seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead large-scale programmes within Legal Services, coordinating change management, workflow optimisation, technology implementations and system integrations. You will oversee multiple workstreams and ensure on-time delivery, within budget, delivering strategic outcomes.

You will manage governance, stakeholder engagement, and risk across projects while mentoring Project Managers and ensuring consistent delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing large, complex programmes in a corporate or professional services environment.
• Demonstrated success delivering programmes comprising multiple projects and workstreams.
• Strong experience with project and programme governance frameworks.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across technology, operations, and business functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programmes consisting of multiple related projects and workstreams.
• Define programme scope, objectives, success criteria, and delivery roadmaps.
• Establish programme governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and delivery frameworks.
• Coordinate product release schedules across multiple projects and delivery teams.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Legal Services, Technology, Operations, Product, and Business functions.
