Pontoon is recruiting a Portfolio Manager to join the IT&D portfolio, based in Warwick or London. The role focuses on operational technology governance and delivery, balancing planning with real-time issue resolution in a fast-moving environment.

The successful candidate will establish governance, connect activity across teams, and provide clear guidance on dependencies, risks and priorities to inform leadership decisions.

Competenze

• Proven ability to manage complex portfolios, programmes or delivery environments.
• Experience establishing portfolio governance, accountabilities and ways of working.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect information across areas.

Mansioni

• Establish a clear view of portfolio activity, priorities, dependencies, risks, constraints and delivery.
• Assess the moving parts across the portfolio and identify opportunities to improve sequencing, prioritisation and delivery.
• Define and establish appropriate portfolio governance and ways of working.
• Communicate complex portfolio information clearly to operational and senior audiences.
• Build relationships across a matrix organisation and manage stakeholders with differing priorities.
