Job summary

DTG Global in London seeks a Head of Technology Portfolio and Change to govern and shape all technology delivery across the firm. You will own the portfolio framework, ensure prioritisation, and oversee outsourced delivery performance, reporting to the executive level with clear metrics and risk management.

You will lead a small direct team and influence senior stakeholders while embedding scalable governance and tooling to mature the function over time.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a technology portfolio or PMO at senior level.
• Proven governance framework design and implementation.
• Strong ability to balance demand, capacity and delivery priorities.

Responsibilities

• Put in place standards, controls and reporting for technology change activity.
• Run intake for new technology requests from assessment through to kick-off.
• Help prioritise projects by clarity on value, cost, risk and capacity.
• Maintain a live view of ongoing and upcoming work across the portfolio.
• Plan people and capacity across projects, programmes and daily work.
• Manage the outsourced change team and escalate project issues.
• Report portfolio performance to executives, including risk and benefits.
• Raise function maturity with better tooling, dashboards and ways of working.
