Job summary

Pontoon is recruiting a Programme Finance Lead to support a large programme portfolio within a complex project environment in Warwick, with a hybrid working arrangement (3 days on site). The role pays £450 per day via umbrella (inside IR35) on an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

Qualifications

• Finance Business Partnering, Project Finance or Programme Finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and budgeting across programme portfolios.
• Produce and review financial reporting packs and commentary.
• Analyse spend, trends and variances.
• Challenge financial assumptions and project forecasts.
• Partner with Project Managers and senior stakeholders.
• Support programme governance and financial controls.
• Present financial information to non-finance audiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting.
• Support quarterly planning and forecasting cycles.
