Job summary

WeWork in London is seeking a Leasing Associate to drive the commercial success of a portfolio of buildings by renewing existing members and closing new business, while recommending the best solutions for each member. You will manage relationships with members and brokers, maintain CRM, and work with Community and Sales teams to place new members and hit KPI targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in sales, account management, or related deal closing fields.
• Proven experience in nurturing, negotiating, renewing, and closing sales.
• Excellent experience in customer service and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Renew existing members and source and close new business opportunities.
• Nurture, develop, and close renewal opportunities in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
• Maintain CRM and manage multiple channels of member correspondence (email, phone, in person).
• Partner with Community Teams to ensure successful placement of new members and maintain broker relationships.
