Job summary

RE-Search London is seeking a Commercial Leasing Manager for its West End portfolio of landmark assets. This senior role owns leasing strategy and execution across the portfolio, collaborating with asset management, investment teams and advisers to maximise income and protect long-term value.

The role leads office and retail leasing activity, develops proactive leasing strategies, manages agent relationships and marketing campaigns, and negotiates heads of terms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial leasing in Central London/West End.
• Proven track record letting office space in Central London.
• Confident negotiator with strong market knowledge.
• Experience working for institutional or private landlords.
• Professional qualification (RICS or similar) preferred.

We are working with a prestigious West End landlord with an exceptional portfolio of listed buildings, primarily office with a select retail element, to appoint a Commercial Leasing Manager.

This is a senior, high-profile role offering full responsibility for leasing strategy and execution across the portfolio. You will work closely with asset management, investment and external advisers to drive income, shape tenant mix, and protect long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all office and retail leasing activity across the portfolio
• Develop and implement proactive leasing strategies
