Job summary

British Land is seeking a Leasing Manager for its Central London Campus portfolio. You will own leasing performance, develop asset business plans, and lead transactions with occupiers, brokers and advisers, while coordinating with Asset Management and Marketing to deliver a unified asset strategy.

The role offers hybrid working with 4 days in the office, and clear progression toward broader portfolio responsibility within the Campus model including Storey workspace solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, agency or occupier-facing real estate is beneficial.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead leasing transactions from enquiry through completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop asset business plans with leasing assumptions and market insight.
• Lead transactions, renewals and regears with occupiers and brokers.
• Maintain leasing pipelines, forecasts and reporting.
