Job summary

British Land is seeking a Leasing Manager to own leasing performance across Campus assets in central London. You will drive leasing strategy, market insight and customer relationships to grow income and asset value.

The role emphasizes cross-functional delivery, negotiations with occupiers and brokers, and a strong focus on occupancy growth and market intelligence to support business plans across Storey and conventional office spaces.

Responsibilities

• WHAT YOU’LL DO: Develop asset business plans with leasing assumptions and market insight
• Lead leasing transactions from enquiry to completion with stakeholders
• Negotiate with occupiers, agents and advisers for favorable outcomes
• Manage renewals, regears and lease events in partnership with Asset Management
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery to ensure seamless tenant solutions
• Maintain leasing pipelines, forecasts and performance reporting
• Share market knowledge to support strategic decisions
• Build relationships with occupiers and brokers as a partner of choice
