Green Recruitment Company is seeking an experienced Project Development Manager to drive grid-scale battery energy storage projects across the UK. The role entails taking greenfield BESS developments from inception through to pre-construction and construction phases.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project development, grid connections and renewable energy, with a track record of delivering projects from early-stage development to construction.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in BESS or battery storage development.
• Background in grid connections and renewable energy.
• Experience taking projects from early-stage development to construction.

Aufgaben

• Lead greenfield BESS development projects through the development lifecycle.
• Support grid applications, connection strategy, and engagement with network operators.
• Manage planning applications, environmental assessments and consents.
• Support land agreements and maintain relationships with landowners.
• Oversee site investigations, surveys, design development and constructability.
• Own project programmes, budgets, risks and reporting.
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants and external stakeholders.
• Support projects through development into construction.
