Porter and Facilities Coordinator

Working at the Business Support Centre of a vibrant corporate site, you'll be offering a helping hand to ensure flawless workplace operations and shape that all-important guest experience. Enjoy a role where you’ll love what you do.
What you'll do:
Conduct regular floor walks and audits to ensure cleanliness, equipment functionality, and general upkeep.
Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained across assigned areas.
Ensure all meeting rooms are set up and fully operational: Moving furniture to where required, AV equipment checked, cables tidy, and overall setup presentable.
Basic trouble shooting of AV equipment such as replacing cables
Support in the mail room, distributing and collecting mail and courier items
Manage and replenish stationery hubs as needed, ensuring supplies are well-stocked and orderly
What you'll bring:
Previous experience in a similar client facing or hospitality role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key
A positive, energetic and proactive attitude with a passion for exceeding customer expectations
Ability to multi-task
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
