Job summary

Porsche Centre Chester is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. You will be at the heart of the customer experience, guiding clients through their service journey and coordinating with the workshop to keep customers informed and confident in our servicing.

A passion for people and high standards will help you deliver exceptional service that reflects the Porsche brand. Previous service advisor experience isn’t essential as we provide excellent training and development through Sytner

Service Advisor Porsche Centre Chester

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our team at Porsche Centre Chester.

You’ll be at the heart of our customer experience, building strong relationships and guiding customers through their service journey. Working closely with our workshop team, you’ll keep customers informed, provide advice on servicing and maintenance, and ensure every visit reflects the exceptional standards of the Porsche brand.

This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where outstanding customer care, attention to detail and a genuine passion for people are essential.

About you

Previous Service Advisor experience isn’t essential. We’re looking for someone who is:

• - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• - Confident, organised and a great communicator
• - Comfortable working in a busy environment
• - Keen to learn, develop and build a career with Porsche Centre Chester

You’ll receive excellent training and development through Sytner and Porsche, giving you the knowledge and support to succeed.
