Job summary

POP MART is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the successful launch and operation of a Newcastle pop-up store. You will work closely with the Store Manager, driving sales targets, leading a diverse team, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires at least 2 years in retail management, strong leadership, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and hit sales targets.
• Experience with rota planning, reporting, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and sales.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer concerns.
• Coach and develop the sales team to high performance.
• Assist with stock management, visual merchandising, and replenishment.
• Assist with rota planning, payroll, and operational reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures.
