Zachary Daniels is recruiting an ambitious Assistant Manager for a high-performing pop-up store as part of a new Bricks & Mortar concept. You will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience, while leading a hands-on team in a fast-paced environment and helping to achieve ambitious sales targets.

The role offers a salary up to £35-42,000, plus a performance-related bonus, ongoing training, career progression and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Assistant Manager or equivalent in fashion or lifestyle retail.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach and develop others.
• Commercial mindset with track record of sales growth.
• Ability to take ownership in the Store Manager's absence.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Lead, coach and inspire the team to deliver customer service.
• Drive sales, conversions and KPI performance on the shop floor.
• Create engaging shopping experiences to boost turnover.
• Own merchandising, stock control and visual presentation.
• Recruit, train and develop high-performing staff.
• Maintain operational standards, compliance and Health & Safety.
